Our girl Dolly was unexpectedly taken very ill and we had to make the tough decision to let her go.
To now have her back with us brings some comfort and with none of the children knowing the extent of her illness when she left that day and not being able to say goodbye, having her paw print and hair clippings has definitely helped the process for them. One of them said how good it was to be able to just touch part of her again 😢.

Lost our darling whippet Woody last week and got him back today - so overwhelmed with the service from Companions Haven - Woodys ashes were wrapped beautifully with a lovely card and a keepsake of his fur ❤️ such a thoughtful gesture which we will treasure - Thank you Companions xx
We lost our little Jack last week. He came home today. I can't thank Companions Haven enough for the amazing service they provided via our vets. I wasn't sure what to expect from a pet cremation but we got so much more than we could have wished for.
A wonderful team who were able to advise and support me prior to my decision to putting my cat to sleep and also after he was collected and cremated. This definitely made the process of losing my cat a little easier!
They also listened to my wishes regarding the keepsakes and urn I wished to purchase, I couldn't fault them at all.
