We offer an individual pet cremation service, where an animal is cremated alone in a single cremation chamber. Following cremation, we endeavour to return your pet’s ashes to you as quickly as possible (typically the day after), though same-day collection is possible by advance agreement. Please note, an appointment is always required.
For your convenience, we are able to collect your pet from your home or your vet’s surgery and bring them back to our base in Pucklechurch, near Bristol in our specially adapted vehicle. Fees apply for this service, so please enquire directly for more information.

Prior to the cremation, we can take a pawprint or a lock of fur from your pet as a keepsake, please ask us in advance if you’d like us to do this.
