Our pet crematorium and garden room are set in beautiful, peaceful grounds next to our family home in Pucklechurch, where pet owners can say goodbye in their own time.
Run by pet lovers for pet lovers, we’ve built a strong reputation over the years for delivering a truly empathetic pet cremation service with high standards, genuine care and respectful service.
Appointments to arrange an individual pet cremation can be made 7 days a week and we can collect your pet from your home or vet in our specially designed vehicle if you prefer.

There are times in our lives when we have to let go of someone we love, but it’s at these hard times that we are here to help. Pets are part of our families and the fond memories we hold we will never forget. We offer a caring and professional service, including the individual cremation of your cherished pet.
As pet lovers, we treat every animal as if they were our own and carry out every pet cremation with the dignity and respect they deserve. Following the cremation, we inter your pet in the casket or urn of your choice, so they’re ready to return home as soon as possible.
We know how hard it is to lose a devoted family member and understand that honouring your pet’s memory is a very personal, important and emotional process. This is why we tailor the funeral arrangements to suit your needs and will happily discuss any personal requests you may have. We always have time to talk if you find it a comfort, as we know how hard it can be to say goodbye.
We can also arrange to take a keepsake paw print or to trim a lock of fur from your pet, at your request. In addition, we can arrange for your pet’s ashes or pawprint to be incorporated into memorial jewellery and pendants for ashes, so you have them close to your heart.

Which Areas Do We Cover?
From our base in Pucklechurch, near Bristol, we can provide pet cremation services to clients in and around Bristol, Swindon, Bath, Chippenham, Gloucester and Cheltenham, as well as across Somerset and Wiltshire. We can collect your pet from your home or vet for free within a 10-mile radius, though for locations outside of this area, mileage charges will apply.
For your peace of mind, you may find it easier to contact us for pet bereavement advice before pet loss and grief. We are always on hand to discuss your requirements. If your pet is in the care of a vet, they will have a contracted service provider and your pet will not automatically come to us. Please remember you have a choice, so please call us and we will offer any help and advice on our pet cremation services as needed.

Our girl Dolly was unexpectedly taken very ill and we had to make the tough decision to let her go.

We lost our little Jack last week. He came home today. I can't thank Companions Haven enough for the amazing service they provided via our vets. I wasn't sure what to expect from a pet cremation but we got so much more than we could have wished for.
A wonderful team who were able to advise and support me prior to my decision to putting my cat to sleep and also after he was collected and cremated. This definitely made the process of losing my cat a little easier!
They also listened to my wishes regarding the keepsakes and urn I wished to purchase, I couldn't fault them at all.

Holly Hedge Animal Sanctuary
Pet owners who use our services often ask about donating items to local pet charities. Holly Hedge Animal (sanctuary) is one of our favourites and we regularly donate beds, blankets and carriers on behalf of pet owners.
I know it is still only October however we need need to mention the word CHRISTMAS!!

We have been independently inspected and approved under the APPCC’s Code of Practice, which sets high standards for pet cremation providers.
We are also proud to have been accepted onto the South Gloucestershire Trading Standards ‘Buy with Confidence’ scheme.
We’re licensed and annually inspected by the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA). Our license number is 34/422/800ABP/INC.
