A New Chapter Begins
We’re excited to share that we’ve embarked on a significant project: the renovation of our new office. This expansion will provide our office staff with a more spacious and comfortable workspace, complete with modern amenities like underfloor heating. Additionally, we’re building a separate area specifically designed for families to collect their pet’s ashes in a peaceful and private setting. As we look forward to the future, we remain committed to our core values of compassion, respect, and professionalism. We are grateful for the trust and confidence placed in us by the pet families we serve.

A Heartfelt Farewell
We bid a fond farewell to Andy, a valued member of our crematorium team for the past 10 years. His dedication and reliability were truly exemplary, as he never missed a single day of work due to illness! We wish Andy all the best as he embarks on a new adventure as a chaperone in the exotic locales of the Far East. We look forward to hearing tales of his travels upon his return.
A Warm Welcome
We are delighted to welcome two new members to our team:
- John: John has joined our crematorium team and brings a wealth of experience and expertise.
- Lynn: Lynn has joined our office team and will be providing administrative support.
We are confident that both John and Lynn will be valuable assets to our team and contribute to our ongoing commitment to providing compassionate care to pet owners. 
A Paw-some Time at Dogfest and Continued Support for PDSA
A Weekend of Canine Fun
This year, we were thrilled to participate in our first-ever Dogfest at Ashton Court! This two-day event was a celebration of all things canine, featuring thrilling dog displays, expert advice, interactive activities, and plenty of opportunities to meet fellow dog lovers. Our team had a fantastic time meeting countless families and their furry friends. It was a wonderful experience to share our passion for pets and learn more about the latest trends and innovations in the pet industry. 
Continuing Our Commitment to Animal Welfare
We’re also proud to continue our support for the PDSA (People’s Dispensary for Sick Animals), the UK’s leading veterinary charity. Their dedication to providing affordable veterinary care to pets in need is truly inspiring. We’ve placed a PDSA charity box in our garden room, making it easy for visitors to contribute to this worthy cause. We encourage everyone to consider donating to the PDSA or volunteering their time to help support their mission. It can make a real difference to the lives of countless animals.
